Can I use joycons for Dophlin emulator instead of Wiimote ? I am getting rid of Wiimote for more space. No more junk in my storage room, you know. Do I need led like Wiimote require led to communicate or something ?

You probably want to use the DSU Client feature with a suitable server to fully replace the Wiimotes with just the Joy-Con. Assuming you're on Windows, you can use either DS4Windows or BetterJoy as servers (the former is updated more frequently)...

You'll need a Bluetooth Adapter in case your computer doesn't have one, but other than that, yes, you won't need the Wiimote nor the Dolphin Bar...
