How much faster/efficient can it get? Is there still room for optimzations that could yield large speed boosts? Or will it only see small incremental speed increases from now on? Inquiring minds inquire.

Only when they update the Jit ARM64 enough times with bug fixes and improvements, will it see major performance boosts, and also whenever uber shaders are implemented so it doesn't frequently stutter.

There are still plenty of small optimizations possible, but they require really hard work. Patches are always welcome Wink

eg If someone wants to test a jitarm64 performance optimization: https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/3629 - build is available here: *deleted*
Feel free to post some performance data here Wink

Edit: As this PR is merged, and as I don't want to read "should I still try this optimized build", I've dropped the link here...

To be honest, all devices but the nvidia android tv have so bad video drivers that you won't notice a small jitarm64 improvement. I think I've seen up to 4% improvements in some games, which is quite a lot.

Going to try this on my Shield TV when I get home and post some results tonight. Specifically NSMBW and a few GC games that are getting close to running at 100% speed for the most part.
