James Cameron Avatar Keyboard+Mouse issue

hi everyone i couldnt find a right topic so i post this...im trying to play this game but when game starts the avatar crouchin (hold c) and switch to na'vi sense mode so i just able to rotate the camera...avatar is not moving..this so desperate (( is anyone knows about this bug ?? pls help me ((
