It it possible to run Dolphin? If so how?

I've been doing countless hours of research and I can't find the right configuration for Dolphin. Is my computer good enough to run dolphin? And if so how do I get there? Please everyone, help me out!

6gb Ram (soon upgrading to 8gb)
Window 8.1 x64
Want to play Zelda Wind Waker mostly

Older version is less demanding than newer version . Use Dolphin 3.5 then
