It cannot start

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click Ok to close the application. This is what happened when I start the 64 bit dolphin on my 64 bit pc!!! (Why would I download 64 bit for a 32 bit pc anyway?) What is this?

2. Which Dolphin revision do you want to use?
3. Why didn't you use the forum search? I'm sure, that this problem was discussed somewhere before.
