I have been searching everywhere, looking everywhere, and tried everything. A friend and I are trying to play Mario Strikers Charged for the Wii, and it requires the Wii-mote and Nunchuk. We decide to use emulated wii-motes, and jump right into the game. The game works perfectly, we're both connected, but it disconnects our wii-motes.
I realize why this happens, as its to remove desync from happening in the game. Well, we understand. So we both hit Alt+f5 and Alt+F6. But as we connect it, it disconnects them immediately thereafter. I've made posts on r/emulation, other forums, and people tell me its actually impossible. We tried using the Dolphin Wii Netplay Branch, but when we got ingame, it blackscreens for both of us and doesn't move past frame 1, and crashes both of our emulators. These are probably not stable, so, whatever. We tried the newest version of dolphin, the oldest version, nothing works. We want to be able to get this to work on any version of dolphin, but preferrably Dolphin 4.0-7840, as its the one we use primarily. There has to be a way to stop Dolphin from disconnecting our wii-motes, correct? Theres something automatically disconnecting the wii-motes as we connect them, so there has to be something we can remove or toggle. Any ideas?
