Issues with PM TTYD regarding hardware.

I've been running PM TTYD with custom textures effortlessly for a while now. When I try to run the game now all of a sudden the custom textures stop loading in and the game becomes a stuttering mess. I think this might be a hardware problem?

(My specs.)

Windows 10 Home 64-bit
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 803MHz
AMD FX-4300
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB (EVGA)

Have you done a restart lately or updated any drivers?

I normally have a friend help with updating my drivers and everything should be up to date with my system. My last defrag was about a week ago. So, there's that.
