Issues with loading save files

I had more then one version of Dolphin installed. I recently deleted a few versions and currently I have 5.0-5404. I have a bunch of saves from when I played other games but cant get them to load the save data. I have no idea how to do this or what to do. I have the old memory card saves and tried replacing them on dolphin but to no avail. Can someone please help me figure how to get the saved parts from before loaded? Thank you.

Are you using user directories or portable mode?
