I'm running Dolphin on my Steam Deck but whenever I run Dolphin at all, the controller is detected twice, not in Dolphin but in Steam OS as a whole! I don't know why this happens but I don't know how to fix it. I've heard that rolling back to an older version might fix it, but I'm using the flatpak version and I don't know how to roll back the flatpak version. if anyone has another solution, please let me know. thanks!

We have an issue report on this issue already. https://dolp.in/i13412 Feel free to add a comment with your experience of the issue to the report! The more reproductions of this bug and the more details about it that we can add to the report, the better.
Unfortunately there isn't a known good solution at this time for affected Decks at this time. The "affected" part is what makes this bug tricky. I believe that OLED and refresh LCD Decks are unaffected and only pre-refresh LCD Decks are affected (apparently part of that refresh was a new gyro), but there hasn't been enough reproductions yet to know for sure.
