There will be no point of supporting user if you keep using old version . Don't drag your OSX issue here, the @OP is using Windows
Oh btw, my laptop can run pretty much all game at full speed with Dolphin 5.0 , it's just you who has issue with the OS rather than Dolphin 5.0
