Here's my specs:
Intel Core i5-5200U
CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.19 GHz
8 GB RAM
System: 64 bit
OS: Windows 10
Graphics: GeForce GTX 950M
I'm running dolphin version 4.0 - 7840
When I run literally any game in dolphin, I get both audio and video stutters and horrendous framerates. I don't understand how that's possible when I can run games like Assassin's Creed, Skyrim, and pretty much most steam games on max settings 60+ FPS. I even get better framerates in Black Desert Online and it's not even that well optimized

I don't really know what any of these settings mean, which makes research on what settings to have difficult. If someone could hook me up with picking appropriate settings so get normal fps that would be appreciated.
I uninstalled dolphin 5.0 and tried 4.0 - 7840, so I pasted updated config / graphics settings in the links above
