First of all here are my specs:
AMD Phenom II X4 N970 (2.2ghz)
ATI Radeon HD 4250
4gb RAM
My problem is I downloaded the newest public release of Dolphin 3.0 and after trying to run the app I got an error message that the xinput1_3.dll is missing. After remembering I need Direct X and Visual C++ I downloaded and installed them, but now when I try to run the Dolphin app I get an error message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application." I have tried manually replacing the xinput1_3.dll, reinstalling DirectX & reinstalling Visual C++. Still get the error message, someone please pitch some more ideas to get this working.
