I have a GeForce 250GTS, and have encountered this problem with SMG1 and SMG2 as well. But in my case, I found that if rerduce the AA from 9xSSAA to 4xSSAA, then I don't encounter the framebuffer manger error. I am running Dolphin 2.0 at 1920x1080 (fullscreen; 640x480 windowed) using vsync with EFB copy "to texture" enabled, using "EFB scaled copy", 16x antisotropic filtering.
