I have a GeForce 250GTS, and have encountered this problem with SMG1 and SMG2 as well. But in my case, I found that if rerduce the AA from 9xSSAA to 4xSSAA, then I don't encounter the framebuffer manger error. I am running Dolphin 2.0 at 1920x1080 (fullscreen; 640x480 windowed) using vsync with EFB copy "to texture" enabled, using "EFB scaled copy", 16x antisotropic filtering.

Don't know if it will work for anyone else, but it worked for me, and I figure it's worth a shot. Hope the tip helps! Cool
