Issues Getting the Dolphinbar to work

Hello,
I recently bought the mayflash dolphin bar to use with Dolphin 5.0.
I did the firmware update, I reset my computer. I synced the bar and wiimote multiple times.
The pairing work when i set it to mouse control. It vibrates anytime hit refresh in the Dolphin controllers menu.
But when i go to play a game, nothing works. The dolphin bar is lit, the wiimote is lit as player 1. but nothing on the screen.
Mario kart, i cant even hit the A button to get started.

Please help me.

Which Mario Kart game are you playing? Is the Dolphin Bar set to mode 4?

Yes. it is set on mode 4. Playing the mario kart 7 for wii? think thats the one.

Is there an issue with a mario kart version in specific?

I thought this Mayflash bar was going to work with all games i try to play?
maybe i wasted my money

Mario Kart 7 is for the 3DS. You probably mean Mario Kart Wii.

I just wanted to check that you weren't trying to play Mario Kart: Double Dash (for the GameCube) – it's not too uncommon for people to ask why controllers aren't working when they're trying to use a GameCube controller with a Wii game that doesn't support GameCube controllers or vice versa.

Yes, it's supposed to work with all Wii games that support Wii Remotes. I'm not sure what your problem is, but hopefully someone else will be able to reply.
