After so many hours of frustration, im finally turning over to you guys for help. I went out and purchased a Nyko wand+ to use with dolphin earlier, picked up a rocket fish micro usb bluetooth dongle aswell, According to the wiibrew wiki it is a compatible bluetooth dongle. Ok so, orignally i started out with the MS Stack, i had no success in pairing up the wiimote with the dolphin client. So i decided to try the Toshiba stacks (both revision 8 and 9) , it would connect for about 3 seconds, and then drop connection to the device. Then i went on to try Blue soleil stacks, same issue as the toshiba stacks. It would connect for about 3-5 seconds and then disconnect. Even when i used toshiba and blue soleil, i could go into dolphin and hit refresh, it would detect the controller and the controller would vibrate and the first light would come on, but then it would disconnect.

Im using windows 7 x64, a nintendo nunchuck and a nyko wand + .
Have tried MS, Toshiba and Blue Soleil stacks.
Have tried different versions of Dolphin.
Have tried various fixes here in the forums.
All to no avail.
I have even seen some people who are using the same equipment as me, so if anyone has answers or suggestions for me, Please come forward! Sad

Solved: Finally decided to just go out and get a nintendo brand wii mote...and instantly it worked.

Try this (Not sure it will work in your case)
Dolphin hate 3rd party / fake wiimote . More than 50% 3rd party / fake wiimote don't work with Dolphin (Ofcourse , they work fine with the wii) . Even if you bought the working wiimote , you would have problem later (like random disconnecting , button not response ...)
I would buy Original Nintendo Wiimote if i was you

I somehow managed to get the wiimote to connect, but now i have no response from the controller. Dolphin detects it and it is connect. But buttons dont do anything. I just installed some drivers so im going to restart my computer and see if that helps. If not...i really dont know what step to take next.

Your instruction was very clear and detailed, i had followed them earlier today, but i had no success. for some reason when i use the toshiba stacks, the wiimote only stays connected for 3 seconds before disconnecting again.
