Issue With Gamecube screen

HELP!!

My gamecube bios screen has a blue rectangle

This is what its look like

This is not a edited photo.

This is probably a bug.

Can you give me solutions of how to fix it

You need to change your XFB settings, you can find it under Graphics >Hacks

It's a macOS driver issue with partial XFB copies. Or an issue with our fallbacks.

well the reason im using macOS because my windows dolphin donest seem to work It keeping giving BSOD.

BSOD from Windows sounds like a driver issue. Check and make sure Windows is completely up to date and that you have the latest GPU drivers installed.
