I'll get straight to the point.
After a very tedious and annoying process, I have finally gotten VBA-M to link with Dolphin Emulator. But there is a new Issue. When playing Zelda Four Swords Adventure in multiplayer, the VBA-M window for 2nd player MUST remain active to enable the controls for that player to function. Once I click away from that window and make ,for example, Dolphin the active window, the controls drop out completely and of course once 2nd player VBA-M becomes active, the controls pick right back up. This would be less of an issue if I could somehow shrink the VBA-M windows very small but for some reason, the windows cannot be resized past a certain point when manual shrinking the window borders. (No idea why.) It bears mentioning that I have TWO controllers set up. The Wikia entry told me two use two controllers rather than a controller and a keyboard to AVOID the issue I am having now but yet it persists regardless of which controller peripherals I use.
I have tried opening the same copy of VBA-M twice and setting up controls in each instance for 1st and 2nd player AND I have tried downloading two separate copies of VBA-M (both the same version mind you, 2.0.0 beta2) and setting them up with identical settings. Both methods connect to dolphin just fine but the issue with 2nd Player remains no matter what I do.

I've come up with a small workaround for this issue but it's not worth explaining as it deals with the layout of Windows. I would much rather fix the issue itself.
Any fix that I am missing?
Thank you in advance, I rarely resort to forum posts. Most times my answer is found within a few hours of google searching.
Note: Yes, I have an authentic DSP-Rom from my Wii added into Dolphin if that makes any difference.
