Issue using Cheats

I am trying to use SSBM with netplay.
Everytime I try to start the game, either single player or with netplay, Dolphin crashes.

I have narrowed this down to when I have cheats enabled.

When I tried what he suggested, it did not fix the problem. Is there something else I can try to fix this?

What cheats are you using. What revision of Melee are you using?

I am using Super Smash Bros. Melee Revision 2 (1.02) ISO
and the cheat that is causing the problem is the Global Melee Netplay Settings AR code

Any other cheat is working, and disabling just that one fixes the problem.
But i do need it to work for what I want.

Global Melee Netplay Cheats often fail when you're using a bad dump of the game. That's the only explanation I can come up with, especially if you're using the netplay build designed for Melee netplay.

I tried it with a few different dumps and i am getting the same crash everytime.
