Is there any way to stop this? I've tried enabling and disabling vsync, all different internal resolutions, anti aliasing and anisotropic filtering settings, forcing vsync in the nvidia control panel, and I still got horizontal lines on the screen no matter what game I play.
Running a GTX 780 alongside an i5-4670k. I don't think it's a hardware problem because this happened recently (after I installed a different version of windows) and it was working fine before this.
Is there anything I might have missed? Using Direct3D11 (though it happens in Direct3D9 and OpenGL aswell).
