Currently unsure what the actual issue is. Decided to download Dolphin to play Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles for nostalgia reasons since looking at some youtube video's of others using Dolphin to play it, and decided to give it a try. I got the program to run pretty fast... Problem is, once you get by Icon for the the company that helped produce the game, the menu comes up and it appears as nothing, but white boxes. No words, no sound, no actual menu. I can't figure out if it has something to do with my graphics card, graphics settings, tried many different things a friend suggested and still nothing. Just white boxes in the place of the menu/opening screen. I come so close, I would really like some help.

Seriously? I can run League of Legends, Guild Wars 2, and Sims 3, but not this emulator? Guh.. What fail.. So there is nothing I can do to make it work? Besides getting a better system in general.

Yeah, a whole new system is the only way, sorry.

AMD Semprom is a really weak and outdated CPU.

Stop pirating games and dump it from your DVD, it will work better.

I have also had an issue with Dolphin 3.5. It's a different one though. It seems as though 3.0 runs some things a bit smoother than 3.5 on my system for some games. I also used to be able to record with Fraps alongside many games with no problems, and now I get major stuttering and slow motion visuals while recording. Skyward Sword is MUCH faster, but games like Xenoblade Chronicles have issues like lagging menu sounds. This was not the case with Dolphin 3.0. I can't even record Wind Waker anymore. It runs fast while recording until I hit an enemy, which is not what happened on Dolphin 3.0.

Here's a video of how Wind Waker ran on my system before. This is at 2x IR.

3.5 is slower than 3.0, because more things are beign emulated more accurately. It's not an issue.

Ah, okay. Well, I guess I'll have to switch between revisions when recording. Maybe 4.0 will bring about better memory and graphics management. The graphics caching is excellent in Dolphin 3.5. All games run REALLY good except for the things mentioned. Wind Waker runs fine as long as I don't record. As a matter of fact, ALL games I've thrown at this laptop run fine as long as I don't record.
