iso properties error

There is this error I get when I right click an iso and click on properties inside dolphin. It says "could not create ./User/GameConfig/GZLE01.ini". When I close the properties window I then get the error "could not save ./User/GameConfig/GZLE01.ini" . What is this and how do I deal with this?

put the emulator in folder you have permission over.

AH OK! I made all the files in the folder not read only and then ran dolphin as an admin. Problem solved.

I ran Dolphin as an admin, and I also had Dolphin in a folder with full permissions, it didn't work...

so what I did was, I noticed there was no folder called "GameConfig", only "Config"...

FIX: create a folder named "GameConfig" in the "User" folder
