I wanted to try out dolphin so I wanted to start a ISO-File, but it always says it's not a GC/Wii Image..
What does that mean? And how can I make it work? Huh
By the way, my GCM-Files work with dolphin only the ISO-Files not. Undecided

The error means what it says; whatever you're doing isn't creating a valid disc image. Fwiw, all you have to do is just rename a .gcm to a .iso. There's nothing special, they hold the same data afaik.

You can use a program to generate the MD5 hash of your game file (google one, plenty of free ones). Compare that hash with one from GameTDB or Redump.org. If yours doesn't match, then you have a bad dump, in which case you should keep redumping your game until the hashes match.

I already tried to convert it, but it still didin't work
I also tried to look for the MD5 hash and yes they doesn't match, so it's probably a bad dump Sad
Thanks for the quick answer Heart
