I ripped Mariokart Wii from my Wii using CleanRip earlier tonight and since my USB Drive only had about 1.5GB of storage I had to move it onto my computer in 5 1GB chunks (fifth one is like 400MB so I guess its 4.5) and I've tried combining it using PowerShell with the command Copy /B filename+filename... which did not work at all, then used filejoiner, freeware that was suggested for a similar issue on this forum, but that did not turn up a usable file, and finally I tried WiiBackupManager, which appeared to successfully merge the file parts, and Dolphin found it, albeit with a long Japanese name and no banner icon, but the properties show Mariokart and the Wiki linked is Mariokart, so it knows what game is there. When I launch the game, it's just a black screen and gets 0 fps. The files I combined were the .iso files that shared the same name (apart from the part0,part1, and so on).
ISO chunks combined with WiiBackupManager don't work

This usually means that you combined the files in the wrong order (other than part0, which must have been correctly ordered), or missed one or more files.

here is a screenshot of the files that were put on the usb drive that I then moved over, with the files I combined in WBM highlighted https://imgur.com/OmcKhzA is there a file in here I need to add or should I just recombine them with the order in mind

I got it working, now the only issue to solve is making it run smoothly but that should just be fiddling with dolphin settings, I finally figured out how to actually open a CMD window to the folder the parts were in and do the copy /b command which worked
