Is this possible at the moment?

Is it currently possible to force fullscreen via a batch file? It doesn't look like it is. I wanted to know for using Nvidia Gamestream and for frontends like Emulation Station. Of course I could just click "use fullscreen" in the graphics properties, but I can think of plenty of reasons why I wouldn't want that enabled when I'm using Dolphin regularly (I have a multi-monitor setup).

If it's not possible would it be okay to open an enhancement request on the bug tracker?

EDIT: You know what, I'll just add this to the bug tracker. The worst that could happen is that it will be shot down quickly.
