I assume you mean 3470 as there is no K revision. The difference is the 3570k has a 200mhz higher stock clock but the bigger deal is that you can overclock with the k revision as it has an unlocked multiplier.

The stock clocks are the same and the regular version can be OCed. Just not as high. Technically speaking neither one has an unlocked multiplier. The K edition just has a much higher range (up to 57x or 63x if I recall). That being said I would still recommend the K edition.

it's 63x. It was 57x for the 2500k.
