(Let's try this again)

I found out about Dolphin a couple nights ago. I've been using Vimm.net for years, but they only do from NES-N64. I have been having issues finding games for Dolphin, and I finally found Super Mario Galaxy, but it doesn't look like it works. I also found The Wind Waker and GUN, and all three games do this. Can someone please tell me what's going on in the picture, and/or point me to real games for Dolphin? Every site I find are fakes. A friend of mine just sent me a file of Super Smash Brothers Melee that worked perfectly for her, but did this yet again for me. The screenshot is of me trying Melee.

Older Intel GMA's are not supported, that's why you get the pixel shader error. Even so, that CPU is way too weak to play games fast enough anyway.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1
CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1)
RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333

What should I do? When I looked up my video card, I knew right away that I'd need an upgrade. Which one should I get, and what else (if anything) will I need to do? I'm already planning on upgrading to Windows 7 soon.

Like the others have said you need to upgrade your entire system. Both your cpu and gpu are way below what dolphin needs.

Yeah, after looking at all the upgrades I would need, I agree it would probably be cheaper to just buy a new computer. This one is three years old and I bought it off a friend (therefore, it was used) a year ago. I recently borrowed a bunch of PC games from my brother-in-law (like Spinter CellL Double Agent, Halo 3, etc), and none of them worked. So yeah, I guess it's time to buy a new computer.
