"OK" as in will run a few games fullspeed? Yes. You can't really get a laptop that handles all games though
Specs: intel i5 3570k @ 3.4GHz;
16Gb RAM; Raedon HD 7900;
Win8 64-Bit

What I am asking is what sort of performance I can expect.
Also, does Turbo Boost helps Dolphin because it only uses 2 cores?

Not sure if "lol, that could play at full speed in so many games" but I've encountered some slowdown on like three or four out of ten games even though I have 4.0GHz cpu >_>

concerning playable and perfect games (4 or 5 stars rating check http://wiki.dolphin-emu.org) only.

as for Gamecube games you'll get good performance on native resolution but if u increase it you'll suffer slowdowns keeping in mind that some games have slowdowns on the best hardware available on the market due to emulation status or bug.

for wii games it's very much the same only it'll suffer greater drop-down of the frames even on native cause there's still many unresolved bugs.

but you'll surely enjoy about at least 7/10 of the games u try cause it'll be rendering more than 90% of frames most of the time.
