I want to know if this will be able to run all emulators out now (especially Dolphin and PCSX2) and for the next 5 years at least. Also, would I be better off building my own computer with these same (or close to same specs)? Any experienced advice would be great!

The HD7750 is a bit weak, but it should be alright. Personally I'd get something better to go with that CPU.

Thanks, but how would I know when the GPU is weak or fast when I see most of them say 1 GB? What other features will help me determine how good it is?

I agree with SS.
Are you only going to play games with Dolphin, or will you also play PC games?

Well I tried looking at the info available on this card but not all were there. Where I would I find those other missing ones?

Most sites selling hardware are not going to get that in depth with the full specs, you'll need to do your own research elsewhere to find out all the information you need. This is a good site to do some comparisons. http://www.gpureview.com/show_cards.php

The 670GTX is a beast card, very good, but still pricy IMO.
If you plan to get that card, I suggest you start building your PC from scratch, for it will be cheaper, and you have exact control over the hardware.

5 years ? maybe, depends, games are starting to use 6cores now (pc games) maybe in the next 5 years we will have a bunch of games that are heavily 6 core optimized, i dont expect my 2600k to last me 5 years (in terms of performance for what I need).
Intel core i7 2600k 4.3GHz corsair h100: gigabyte windforce x3 GTX 670 2gb 1150MHz

Its awful combination.
They for some reason paired i5 3570k cpu which can be overclocked with b75 mainboard which doesnt support overclocking.
Why didn't they just include non k version of cpu ? Maybe its mistake in specs.
