A few things first.
1. Want to play games like The Last Story and Xenoblade Chronicles at full speed with x2 Native (720p) in Dolphin.
2. Won't overclock the cpu.

Thanks. How fast do you think it will be with Native x2 (720p)?

If you Direct3D9 backend , 7770 is fine for 3xIR . However , Direct3D11 is out of the question
http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-rad...11-backend
You should buy sth like AMD 6870 , EVGA GTX 650 (100$) , Gigabyte GTX 660
Laptop:
Clevo W230SS : 3200x1800 IPS | i7 4700MQ @ 3.6GHz (Intel XTU + Triple fan mod) | GTX 860M GDDR5 | 128GB Toshiba CFD SSD | 16GB DDR3L 1600MHz
Aspire 715 43G : 1080p 144Hz |  R5 5625U @ 4.3GHz | Nvidia RTX 3050 4GB | 500GB WD SSD  | 16GB DDR4 3200MHz
Mini PC ::
G3258 @ 4.6GHz | ELSA GTX 750 | Asrock Z87E ITX | 600W SFX 80+ Gold Silverstone + SG06-LITE | Corsair Vengeance 8GB 2000MHz | Scythe Kozuti + Ao Kaze | 45TB 2.5" Ex HDD (in total) , Zelda Gold Wiimote , LE Wii Classic Controller , Gold LE PS3 DualShock , BlackWidow Chroma ,
Now Playing : Xenoblade Definitive Edition on Yuzu - Switch Emu

Enough to be playable Tongue .

To give you an idea:
- TLS is really demanding. An overclocked CPU between 4.2-4.5 is needed (3570k/2500k) to get this game to work really fine.
- Xenoblade is less demanding. You should be near full-speed

Thanks guys. There is only one more thing though. Am a bit worried about the cooling system (CoolerMaster elite 310). CPU usage will be at a 100% and I don't want to degrade/damage the CPU much.

That's a chassis, not a cooling system.

Anyway, NV is right. You said, that you won't overclock your CPU, right? Too bad, a little overclock would improve the performance Tongue Despite this, you should think about buying an aftermarket CPU cooler. The stock cooler from Intel is crap.
