Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570k (3.8ghz)
Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-Z77-D3H
GPU: EVGA GEFORCE GTX 670 4gb
RAM: 16gb DDR3 1600

If you need more specs then tell me,
but I want to play Super Mario Galaxy 2, Kirby Air Ride, Super Smash Bros. Melee,
and Xenoblade Chronicles mostly (I'll be playing a whole bunch more)
Also, I'm aiming for Max settings and 60fps Tongue

Yep, should be possible, if you overclock your CPU to 4.2/4.3Ghz Wink The GTX 670 is able to handle 4x IR + 4xSSAA in most games. You've got a very nice PC Cool

You have a very good pc,but you wont be able to play a lot of games at 60 fps because they were meant to be played only at 25 fps (pal) and 30 fps ( ntsc ).
If you attempt to play them at 60 fps they would play too fast, because unlike in pc games, in console games everything is connected to fps ( for example how fast characters move, how fast music play etc ). This is posible because these games were made for fixed hardware, games for pc had to be made differently,so fps doesnt effect speed so much, and having higher fps does not speed up game above normal speed.

Really? I've seen people on YouTube running games at 50-60 fps.

Yes,I said you cant do it with a lot of games, but some games to run at 50 fps pal 60 fps ntsc. For example Super Mario Galaxy or Metroid prime.
Xenoblade is an example of a game you wont be able to run above 30 fps

The fps being tied to gamespeed design has nothing to do with the hardware.
