Sorry for taking a while. Here you go.
This setup blows away the one you've shown before.
It has an amazing CPU, enough RAM (8GB) and a midrange GPU (550Ti), which will also allow for some light to medium PC gaming.
Thanks to the Gelid Tranquillo Rev2 and the case, which has great properties (CM620), you'll be able to overclock your setup easily, and stable to 4.5GHz.
They'll build the PC for you, and you'll also get a year warranty with it.

For Dolphin, you'll be able to play most games fullspeed and with x4 IR (thanks to the 550Ti).
Depending on your overclock, you'll also be able to play demanding games with LLE such as Super Mario Galaxy without major slowdowns.
You should be able to play Xenoblade without problems. (Aside from the occasional audio issues ofcourse).
The Last Story, at this point of time, is a very heavy game to emulate. This game will slow you down at times, but it's nothing too bad.

Read the game threads for these games at the Game Discussion forum for more information.
(for additional information, check out the wiki link in my sig and do a search for the games)

Thanks for the help. Really appreciated.

I'm almost at the point to make the order, but can you please look at this. Is it something useful or is it incomplete?

It doesn't have a GPU worth mentioning.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56

They save a lot of money by not putting in a discrete GPU, and using a cheap case with some cheap PSU.
It also has a H67 motherboard, which doesn't support overclocking.

I have a complementary question. I ordered, but today I received a message from the shop. They saying that the processor will get very warm with the ordered standard boxed cooler (their words) and they advise to order the Scythe Mugen 3 Rev. B SCMG-3100

I ordered a Gelid Tranquillo Rev.2 so I assume this is not a standard cooler. I'll give them tomorrow a ring, but if you have some thoughts please share

You're right, this is a aftermarket cooler. With boxed cooler they mean the cooler included in the CPU package Wink

Ah I see thanks.

But isnt the Gelid Tranquillo Rev.2 a good alternative for the cooling for the processor, because my impression with their message is like I didnt ordered a cooler for the processor
