Is this a false positive (virus) ?

Hello guys !

I wanted to download the last version of dolphin 4.0 64 bits and when I click on "download", my anti virus system tells me there is a danger

If I download that on another computer without avira (a macbook in my case), it download without issue.

This is a false positive so ? I made a scan of my computer, I dont have nothing, its a brand new install of win10
