Hi I hope this is the right place to post, I really need some help.

My current system is

AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0HGz AM3 Processor
GIGABYTE GA-M85M-US2H (rev. 1.2) MB
4GB DDR2 RAM running at 1066
NVIDIA GeForce 8200 Chipset (GeForce 8200 graphic on board using shared memory)
1TB WD HDD

With the above system setup using win xp pro, Dolphin 2.0 win32 version official release there seem to be a lot of slowdown and on SSBB wii I can seem to achieve full speed without any enhancement enabled, when I load up task manager it shows only 15% of my cpu is been used???

I am looking to upgrade build a new system with the following in the hopes to improve performance on this emulator (hopefully I’ll get 100%), but my friend says that throwing money at it won’t fix anything and that I should wait for newer builds of this emulator.

AMD Phenom II X6 1090T 3.2HGz AM3 Black Edition Processor
GIGABYTE GA-890GPA-UD3H (rev. 2.0) MB
8GB Kit (4GBx2) CT2KIT51264BA1339 X2 totalling to 16GB
1TB WD HDD
And a high end graphic card that is supported by this emulator

Should I upgrade?
Would it help?
Its not an issue of if I have the cash but if it would help achieve 100% Speed?

Let me know ASAP as scan and Dabs both have good stock of the above.

Thank you

you need windows with 64bit to play most games fullspeed on your current mashine and probably a better graphics card.

an 8200 geforce is not enough for resolutions higher than 800x600.

try to play the game in native resolution or in 640x480.
