Is there way to freeze the demo time in the Japanese version of Sonic Gems Collection

No one has listened to my request for the cheat that freezes the time limit for the Sonic Games in the Museum for the Japanese version of the GameCube Sonic Gems Collection. There is only one for the (inferior) US version. It's agitating. I tried to make codes using the Cheat Manager but no dice.

What is the value at the 802B960A address? To turn it into a code you would do 042B960A 40000000 where 40000000 is the value you want. I set it to that value in case it would work just like that, but knowing the in-game value would help.

I find another address 0x8142a714  The Last (and Current) Value was 0x-75890000. What kind of app turns those into codes?
