no, It would be the hell for the devs

Dolphin uses one core for the CPU , another for the GPU and there is not anything left so...
MB : MSI Z68A-GD80
CPU : Intel Core i7 2600k @ 3.4 GHz (stock clock)
Gfx : ATI Raedon HD 6850
Ram : 4 GB DDR3-1333
OS : Windows XP x86

I speak Spanish Big Grin ( And a little English )

This may be way above my head, but I'll ask anyways: Why don't they use the GPU as a GPU? Tongue

There was planned third core for LLE sound, but since everything works with HLE plugin... Tongue

Spreading Dolphin to 4 cores will only slow things down and it's a pain in the ass to code everything again for quad core

I still have sound problems from time to time. If a VS match goes too long in Brawl, some of the sounds don't work. Tongue

we do but we need a lot of CPU power to translate the gamecube GPU commands to PC API calls.

Is that because the GPU on the Wii has a completely different architecture?

I think he was saying yes to me asking: "Is that because the GPU on the Wii has a completely different architecture?"
