I finally got Mario Galaxy 2 to work pretty much flawlessly on my system, I made a topic about how it wouldn't run properly once or posted in an existing one, can't remember, but after all this time the game finally works beautifully at 2x the native resolution.

Either way, everything was fine until I got to the level where you have to control that one parrot, and then it hit me, SMG2 has a whole bunch of levels where you have to tilt to control Mario, transferring my saves between the Wii and Dolphin every time I have to get past one of these levels seems like too much trouble, so is there any way to properly map tilt controls to a controller?

I tried mapping them to the mouse, but it was a no go, I tried the right analog stick which I normally use for the cursor and still nothing.

Any advice on this would be appreciated
I don't want to use the Wiimote on PC btw, the reason I'm playing this game on PC other than the improvement in visuals is because I can use my PS3 controller with it and it plays perfectly with it...except this tilt stuff.
Plus how would I connect the Wii's sensor bar to a PC anyway

That's what I've been using for years as well
Basically my PC thinks my PS3 controller is a 360 controller and it just works.
Is there a way to successfully map TILT controls and make them work though? Like work well enough so I can play levels that require tilt controls specifically
