hi,

my question is in the title. there's a wii game that doesn't have gamecube controller support that i would like to play, and i was wondering if there was any way to trick dolphin into reading the gamecube controller as a wii classic controller instead. thank you

It depends on how you are using the GameCube controller. Which adapter are you using? Are you using GameCube Controller native support?

*whine* I wish people would answer all of the questions I ask instead of just one. :/

Anyway, if you are using the mayflash clone of the wii u adapter, switch it to PC mode, and set it up as an emulated classic controller.

Then you'd have to install a different driver for the device in order to use it as an emulated classic controller, and switch back to the WinUSB drivers to use Native GameCube controller support.
