I wouldn't count on the game being enjoyable unless you invest a lot of money into a good desktop or a Wii (or Wii U for that matter). I don't know where you live, so I can't say anything for how prices work over there, but I can tell you that the game will not go very quickly on any laptop currently available.

Don't count on dolphin getting faster either. Chances are it will get slower and slower as compatibility is increased with each new revision.

Computers will improve, however, so in the future it is very likely that any laptop could run any game full speed. I don't know how long it will be until that happens though.
Desktop:
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K @ 4.4 GHz
GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Factory OC'ed)
RAM: 16 GB @ 1600 MHz
Dolphin Revision:3.0, 3.0-784, 3.5, latest 3.5

Well the problem is not the prices it is that in non-big towns in Greece local stores you can easily find a new wii console in dust and 1 or two years before you could find Mario galaxy or zelda TP and plenty of ps3 with pro and fifa.... Nothing less, nothing more.

I bought this laptop two years ago because I needed for my job and I knew that I will fall behind in power... I think that it would be wise to get a desktop after 1 to 3 years to get maybe a next generation pc with powerful processor that will live any other behind.

I read that they have 4GHz PC and this need over-clocking to run without problems and I get discouraged, seems that this will not be an last solution....

Is the server mobos that support installing two processors? If this is possible will dolphin work better on these?

Two processors won't help, just like more cores wont help. Dolphin will use 2-3 cores only. The only known solution to play these games with full compatibility at full speed is to get a PC like mine.

Ok thank you. I'll suggest a new pc to someone and I'll need your expert advice soon. I'll redirect this topic in a proper thread to get some opinions for this.
