Is there any build with GBA enabled in netplay (host only)?

Not exactly, I mean I get 100% speed when using VBA-M by myself, and I get 100% speed when I netplay all alone in the lobby, or if any number of people watch with only my input selected.
Is there a technical reason why I can't play by myself while hosting a netplay session using a GBA? |
