Hey everyone. Smile I was having the typical problem of plugins not loading, the wii one could, but the GC couldn't. My computer is new and very powerful, by the way. I updated my drivers and directx and all that was mentioned on that sticky, but it still doesn't work. But this isn't the main problem. My Kaspersky antivirus software says that the GC and GCnew plugin (forgotten exact name, I deleted it) was adware. I didn't know whether it was Kaspersky being paranoid, blocking me from using it, or whether it actually does have adware. I downloaded it today from this site and I tried downloading it from another site and I got the same result. I want to know whether this is a false alarm (make sure you're sure) or whether it has got a virus and someone needs to fix the download.

Thanks!Big Grin

It is a false positive.
Other have reported Kaspersky detecting the pad plugins as malware before.
Perhaps Kaspersky thinks the plugins are keyloggers because of their method of getting keyboard input.
