Is there a way to set multiple devices to one GC controller port?

I'm trying to get Mario Party 7's 8 player mode to work on netplay and to do so I would need to set multiple computers to the same controller port. In other words, two computers would have to be able to act as Player 1's controller.

Is there any way to do this with multiple devices? Any help would be much appreciated!

Dolphin's netplay does not currently provide the ability to do this.
