Is there a way to convert gameconfig.txt patches to Dolphin?

[VT-x]

I have a huge gameconfig.txt for Kirby's Return to Dream Land that patches it to be compatible with Gecko Codes. But the patch is so large I'm too lazy to convert it manually to Dolphin format. Is there a way to make a small program or something to convert it for me?
