Is there a way to access debug content in games?

Hello, I just wanted to ask, does anyone know if you can access debug content, like unused maps and stuff, in games? Like Paper Mario 64? Thanks in advance.

Stuff like this isn't global; it's on a game-to-game basis. If you know of a particular game in which you want to access unused content, I'd check its page on The Cutting Room Floor. They're the authority on that stuff.
