Is there a way that i can use a normal PC controller on Dolphin?

I have a normal PC joystick, and i don't have a 360 joystick, so i want to know if there is a way to play a game on Dolphin with a normal PC joystick.

Yes. Just click the big "GCPad" button on the toolbar and configure it.

yes, you can use a normal pc joystick

(just scroll down to the name of the pad and then configure to settings prior to the game that you are playing)

same goes for GCPad

Yeah well, that is the problem, Dolphin doesn't detect my joystick...

what type of joystick you have?

its kinda weird that dolphin doesn't
detect your joystick

Well, for some reason the wiimote settings detect my joystick.
but the GCpad doesn't.

oh wait, i found a way to make it work.
it's working now, but thanks to everyone that tried to help anyway.

go in setting general in gamecube you will see controller active them for some reason in some game wii you have to desactive it
