Is there a Steam-like "Big Screen" UI for Dolphin?

Hello everyone,

I plan to build a "console" PC based on Dolphin for my sofa room.

I wanted it to be "controller-only" like Steam's Big Screen. Swich ON, select a game, and play.

Can I do a such thing with Dolphin? Can anyone point me to what I'm supposed to look for?
