This questin comes up as I saw the Mario Kart Double Dash video from .nosound97.

Pc spec:
3D Vision 120Hz Display
Graficcard: Msi Nv 460 Gtx Hawk (Nvidia Geforce 460 Chipset)
Cpu: Intel Corei7 980 @ 6x3,33GHz
MB: 58X Chipset

Dolphin Cofiguration:
DSP-HLE Plugin or DSP-LLE
OpenGL Plugin for normal gaming
DirectX 9 Plugin for 3D Vision
