I noticed after a period of time of being idle in a Wii game (I think 5 mins) it would say communications have been lost to the wii remote. Is their anyway to turn this off?

Does anyone know if it possible? It gets rather annoying watching a long cut scene and then communications with the wii remote have been lost appears. The only way to get out of this is to restart the game.

Similar situation, for some reason alt f5 and alt f6 don't really do anything, I see the yellow text says wiimote 1 and 2 are connected but they are unresponsive, however if I back out and press the refresh button in wiimote controller section, they vibrate again and work. So my question is this, can I assign a hotkey directly to the refresh button?, how? My idea is I can then just have abutton on my remote controller that will execute this. [/align]

What about checking "Alternate Wiimote Timing" in Game Properties?
