Is the Vulkan backend opensource? I would like to know. Because I will rewrite it from scratch for Dolphin 4.0-6674 (the old 32 bit android version)! I know that 32 bit Dolphin support was dropped years ago! But I think I it’s still a fun project to do. But my main question is: Is the Vulkan backend opensource?

Yes, every part of Dolphin is open source. You can find the source code for the current version of the Vulkan backend at https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/t...nds/Vulkan

Yes. The same Vulkan backend is used on all operating systems.
