Is the Nvidia GTX 750 Ti good enough for 1080p 60fps?

My friend is trying to sell me his 750 Ti for $70, and I was wondering if it is good enough for playing all games at 1080p and 60fps. My cpu is an i5 6500, and I have 8gb of memory. Thanks.

If it's a working card without any antifact (screen tearing , glitches ....) ingame like this

then it's a good deal . A new card is about $100 , a little bit more expensive
