Is the JITil faster than JIT?

The JITil recompiler is faster than the JIT?
This depend for the game?
In any moment the speed for the JIT is better than JITil (in RE rebirth, for example)?

It depends on the game.

It can be faster, it depends on the game.

But, it can also lead to weird things happening.
Wind Waker for example doesn't respond to JITIL too well, the camera sometimes malfunctions and gives you a black screen until you try to look around.
